Shipping Policy

All our items are made-to-order. Once the order is confirmed, we begin handcrafting it. We ship immediately via road transport when the order is ready. The process typically takes 3 to 4 weeks.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our items come with a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects. In such cases, the item can be replaced or exchanged for another item of equal value.
