All our products are made-to-order. We normally begin work as soon as the payment is confirmed; you can expect delivery in 3 to 4 weeks.

Yes, all our products come with a year's warranty for manufacturing defects.

We do NOT cover accidental damage such as coffee spills, pen marks, damage done by household pets, etc.
